Before Your Visit
Please bring all your medical history documents to your appointment with our community doctors. The documents may include:
Copies of previous tests
Lab work
X-rays
Complete list of all medications you are currently taking
You may also want to write down any questions or health concerns to discuss with our healthcare specialists during the appointment.
Patient Follow-Up
After your first free appointment, Salaam Clinic may schedule necessary follow-up appointments. If you are referred to another medical practice, our community clinic will work hard to ensure the process goes smoothly.
When a hospital stay is needed, our healthcare volunteers will make arrangements and provide any essential medical information or assistance as required.
